The Marshals Approach

Our goal is to help every player become a better player so that he can reach the next level, whether that is being the best high school player he can be, earning a spot on varsity, or being recruited for college baseball.

We are focused on DEVELOPMENT and on RECRUITING. Players benefit from competitive and enjoyable tournaments and league experiences during the season, and development-focused camps and clinics during the off-season. At sub-varsity our goal is to help you make varsity, and at varsity our goal is to help you get recruited.

Our approach has helped more than 500 players get recruited to play college baseball, and we’ve had multiple MBL draft picks.

When you play with the Marshals, you can count on:

We are dedicated to help our player on their baseball jouirney:

  • Above 14U, all our teams are coached by high school coaches, ensuring quality instruction and meaningful development.

  • We place players on rosters where they will have the best opportunity for optimal playing time.

  • We maintain realistic roster sizes to ensure adequate playing time.

  • At 15U-18U, we help players with recruiting assistance.

  • We play in only the best tournaments.

  • We constantly strive to maximize exposure for recruiting purposes.

  • Everyone sits periodically, but no healthy player sits two games in a row.

  • We guard arm health zealously by adhering to Pitch Smart guidelines.

  • We have weekly practices during the summer, and all practices are directed by high school coaches.

Our 15U-18U select teams will help you become the best high school player you can be, and help you increase your chances of playing college baseball. Our 14U and below select teams will help you learn the game, improve your skills and increase your chances to move to the next level

If you are a current college player with eligibility remaining, OR a high school senior who has committed to a college program (or will soon commit), our summer collegiate league teams are for you.

Teams Wanting to Join the Marshals

If you are an existing team looking for an organization to join, we would like to talk with you. If you are a coach with an independent team looking fr an organizational home, we have a home for you.

Specifically,

  • If you are a youth team in an organization without high school teams, contact us.

  • If you are a team at any level that wants to switch organizations for some reason, contact us.

Whatever the reason, we will be happy to explore options with you.

Coaches Wanting to Join the Marshals

If you are a coach who mentors as well as coaches and who cares as much about character and good grades as you do about winning, you might be a good fit with the Marshals.

  • Prospective coaches must have experience coaching.

  • Coaches must pass a background check.

  • Competitive pay.

  • Coaches wanting to bring an existing team are welcome.
