The Marshals organization is a first class operation. My son is 17 years old and has played select ball for 10 years. We have seen most of the organizations around the country. The marshal organization is run a little different (it’s not to win at all cost). They want to help develop your ball player and are not just in it for the money. It is professionally run and you and your kid are treated with respect. The coaches show up for every game and know how to act and coach to represent the organization (its not just young kids showing up at game time).
